Alfentanil group:Alfentanil is used for analgesia during the perioperative period, 25 µg/kg at anesthesia induction, 12.5 µg/kg at skin incision, 15 µg/kg/h by continuous infusion for maintenance, and
Sufentanil group:Sufentanil is used for analgesia during the perioperative period, 0.5 µg/kg at anesthesia induction, 0.25 µg/kg at skin incision, 0.3 µg/kg/h by continuous infusion for maintenance,

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective heart valve surgery under extracorporeal circulation anesthesia (expected operation time is more than 2 hours, excluding small laparoscopic incision surgery); 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Grade II-IV cardiac function; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who could not complete the scale assessment; 2. A history of mental illness, chronic pain, alcohol or drug abuse; 3. Abnormal liver and kidney function (aminotransferase increased by more than 2 times); 4. A history of allergy to opioids; 5. BMI >=30kg/m^2; 6. Pregnancy and lactation.
