Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of clinical Design 1: (1)From March 2022 to June 2026, healthy people or patients who were diagnosed with periodontitis, aged over 18 years, who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, the Department of Stomatology, Peking University, and the Department of Stomatology, Chongqing Medical University (refer to the 5th edition of Periodontology of People's Medical Publishing House); (2) Complete dentition or loss of less than three teeth due to non-periodontal factors; (3) No loosening of teeth; (4) X-ray alveolar bone absorption did not exceed 1/3 of the root neck; (5) Informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria of Clinical Design II: (1) From March 2022 to June 2026, patients over 18 years old were diagnosed with periodontitis in the Department of Stomatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, the Department of Periodontics of Peking University Stomatology Hospital and the Department of Stomatology of Chongqing Medical University (refer to the 5th edition of Periodontology of People's Medical Publishing House); (2) Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for clinical design I: (1) Patients preparing for pregnancy or during pregnancy; (2) Unable to cooperate with clinical trials; (3) The X-ray film is blurred. 2. Exclusion criteria of clinical design II: (1) Patients preparing for pregnancy or during pregnancy; (2) Patients who did not receive periodontal treatment; (3) Patients who cannot receive periodontal treatment due to systemic diseases; (4) Unable to cooperate with clinical trials; (5) The X-ray film is blurred.
