Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients diagnosed as grade 1-2 essential hypertension; 3. Willing to undergo follow-up and observation; 4. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. More than 3 kinds of antihypertensive drugs have been used; 2. Diabetic patients who have used hypoglycemic drugs; 3. Heart rate <=55 beats/min, malignant tumor; 4. Combined with liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Severe heart failure, EF<35%; 6. Coronary heart disease, stroke; 7. Severe trauma and major surgery; 8. Pregnant or lactating patients, patients who cannot take contraceptive measures during the reproductive period.
