Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AMI patients who have successfully received percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI). 2. The diagnostic criteria for AMI were the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction issued by the Chinese Medical Association, combined with the comprehensive evaluation of patients' clinical signs, the level of myocardial injury markers, the dynamic evolution of electrocardiogram and coronary angiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiogenic shock. 2. Old myocardial infarction in the past, or complicated with active myocarditis, cardiomyopathy (dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, cardiomyopathy caused by metabolic diseases, etc.), severe valvular heart disease, severe arrhythmia, etc. 3. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<=30ml/min/1.73m^2), unable to tolerate contrast examination. 4. Claustrophobia, metal implants in the body, etc. 5. Can not cooperate to complete the follow-up.
