Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The ASA ? - ?; 2. Aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender; 3. There was no infection or mass at the puncture site; 4. No abnormal coagulation function; 5. No known local anesthetic allergy; 6. Patients with no history of pain caused by shoulder trauma or primary shoulder diseases; 7. No sedative or analgesic drugs were used within 24 hours before surgery; 8. No history of diabetes; 9. No serious visual, hearing, language impairment or inability to communicate due to other reasons; 10. Patients without severe cardiac, liver and renal dysfunction before surgery; 11. Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Terminate the experimenter after entering the operating room; 2. Patients with laparotomy during the operation; 3. Patients with local anesthetic allergy during the operation; 4. CO2 pneumoperitoneum pressure 15mmHg; 5. Patients lost to follow-up.
