Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for gastric lymphoma group: (1) Untreated gastric lymphoma patients (untreated patients) : that is, patients infected with HP diagnosed stomach; Patients diagnosed with gastric lymphoma without HP infection; (2) HP infection was confirmed by breath test, rapid urease test or bacterial culture, and gastric lymphoma was confirmed by pathological diagnosis; No previous history of gastrointestinal or other tumors; 2.Inclusion criteria for control group: (1) Patients without HP infection and undiagnosed gastric lymphoma, namely healthy volunteers; Patients infected with undiagnosed gastric lymphoma of HP, i.e., HP positive controls; (2) Matched with MALT patients' region, age, gender and diet structure (3) No history of tumor or gastrointestinal tract, no use of antibacterial drugs or probiotics within 4 weeks, and no history of diarrhea within 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, history of severe acute and chronic diseases (especially gastrointestinal diseases), complicated with other malignant tumors; 2. Use drugs known to have an effect on gastrointestinal motility, such as opioids and constipation drugs; 3. Used antibiotics or probiotics 1 month before the experiment; 4. In the past one week, over-purgative agents, anti-purgative agents and gastrointestinal motility drugs were taken; 5. Patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, gastric retention, active gastrointestinal bleeding, toxic enteritis, toxic megacolon, large colon polyps (diameter > 3cm), intestinal torsion, and severe ulcerative colitis; 6. Severe cardiac insufficiency; Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase more than 2 times the normal value, abnormal creatinine; Have hematopoietic system and endocrine system and other primary diseases; Mental patients; 7. The patient participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 8. Those who are allergic to the known ingredients of this drug or the control drug; 9. Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol and drug abuse; 10. Researchers judged patients with poor compliance; 11. Previous indolent lymphoma; 12. Active viral infection was present at the time of diagnosis; 13. Combined with autoimmune diseases.
