Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who choose breast surgery; 2. Aged 18-65; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 5. Those who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute and chronic pain before surgery; 2. Patients with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases; 3. Allergic to dexmedetomidine, esketamine and other drugs used in the test; 4. Patients with severe bradycardia (preoperative heart rate < 50bpm) or with abnormal heart conduction and rhythm; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients; 6. Chronic users of sedatives, analgesics, chronic alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Patients with a history of mental illness, language communication disorder, hearing disorder, or inability to understand the test content.
