Interventions

Luteal support group:Patients receive vaginal progesterone extended-release gel and intramuscular progesterone from the first day after ovulation

No luteal support group:None

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ovulation regularity; 2. At least one embryo is available for transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=28kg/m^2; 2. Oocyte donation cycle; 3. History of pelvic chemoradiotherapy; 4. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); 5. Ovarian endometriosis cysts, uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps or intrauterine adhesions requiring surgical treatment; 6. History of repeated implantation failure or repeated pregnancy loss.
