14 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand the purpose of the research, sign the informed consent voluntarily, and follow the design requirements; 2. Good compliance, able to cooperate with perioperative data statistics, and with follow-up after operation; 3. Aged over 14 years, no specific requirements for gender; 4. Transthoracic/transesophageal echocardiography or intraoperative exploration results clearly diagnosed with aortic insufficiency, moderate or above aortic regurgitation, and are not suitable for conservative treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ insufficiency; 2. Patients who have undergone other aortic valve surgeries; 3. Those aged over 75 years.
