Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Thyroid papillary carcinoma confirmed by puncture; 3. Maximum diameter <=1.0cm; 4. The lesions were located in the bilateral lobes of the thyroid; 5. There was no imaging or clinical evidence of tunica invasion, lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 6. No history of cervical radiation or thyroid surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy or serious organic disease.
