Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily participate in clinical trials and have the responsibility and ability to sign informed consent. 2. Aged between 16-65 years. 3. Preoperative CT of the chest is considered as early lung cancer, which can be resectioned by lobes/segments, and lymph node sampling should be taken. 4. ECOG (Physical Status) score <=1 point. 5. ASA (Anaesthesia Score) <=2. 6. Cardiopulmonary function and other important organ functions are basically normal and can tolerate surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgery on the same side of the thoracic cavity or lung and other reasons have caused severe adhesions in the thoracic cavity. 2. Open thoracotomy or switch to thoracotomy during operation. 3. Diffuse emphysema. 4. Systemic lymph node dissection is required according to the condition. 5. Those who are allergic to penicillin, cephalosporin, morphine or the drugs involved in the program.
