Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Active cooperation, cornea transparent, palpebral fissure size normal.Senile cataract assisted by femtosecond laser can be performed normally.Patients with high myopia (> -6D) complicated cataract, stable glaucoma complicated cataract, congenital cataract and other special types of cataract can also be included in the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude narrow eyelid fissure and nystagmus, can't cooperate with surgery, intraoperative fixation, can't supine position, corneal opacity, ectopic pupil, pupil diameter < 5mm, glaucoma thin-wall filter blia, hypertrophic pterygium, serious conjunctiva flab, obvious ectopic lens, recent infectious corneal disease, hyphema, low intraocular pressure. 2. Complications occurred during the exclusion operation, such as cyst rupture and incomplete anterior capsule resection
