Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received allograft kidney transplantation for the first time in our hospital; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. Patients diagnosed with anemia after renal transplantation (diagnostic criteria: Hb<13g/dl for men and Hb<12g/dl for women).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with thalassemia, aplastic anemia and other hematological diseases; 2. Patients with uncorrected nutritional anemia; 3. ABO blood group out of renal transplant recipients; 4. The postoperative delayed graft function healing (of graft function, DGF); 5. Patients with tumors and autoimmune diseases; 6. Patients who could not be regularly followed up in our hospital and lacked laboratory data; 7. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
