Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years, no gender limit. 2. Craniocerebral magnetic imaging (MRA), CT angiography (CTA), and cerebrovascular angiography (DSA) of the patient showed intracranial great blood vessel stenosis or occlusion, and it was the responsible blood vessel of intracranial ischemic lesion. The selected intracranial great blood vessels included: intracranial segment of internal carotid artery (ICA), middle cerebral artery M1 (MCA), anterior cerebral artery A1 (ACA), vertebral artery intracranial segment (VA), posterior cerebral artery P1 (PCA), and basilar artery (BA). 3. The patient was a first-time patient with NIHSS score <22, or had a history of cerebral infarction with NIHSS score < 4. 4. Informed consent of patients or family members to treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious heart, liver, kidney and lung failure. 2. Patients with severe gastrointestinal disease or history of gastrointestinal surgery may be affected by drug absorption. 3. Accompanied by epilepsy symptoms. 4. Patients with adverse reactions to atorvastatin, probuco, butylphthalide capsule, Tongxinluo soft capsule and cilostazole. 5. With severe systemic disease that significantly reduces life expectancy. 6. Patients enrolled in other clinical trials. 7. Patients with dysphagia dysfunction and inability to take drugs orally. 8. MRS Score >=3 points.
