Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary PD, or hereditary PD, responds well to compound levodopa; 2. Drug efficacy has been significantly decreased, or there are obvious sports complications affecting the quality of life of patients; 3. Adverse drug reactions that cannot be tolerated affect the efficacy of drugs; 4. The presence of tremors that cannot be controlled by medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious cognitive dysfunction or hearing, reading, writing and language impairment before surgery. 2. Severe depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other mental diseases. 3. Withdraw from the experimenter due to various emergencies. 4. Patients with intraoperative blood loss >800ml. 5. Patients with missing medical record data and poor treatment compliance.
