18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old, the ASA classification is not limited; 2. According to the judgment of biliary and pancreatic surgeons, ERCP+EUS combined diagnosis and treatment should be performed under general anesthesia; 3. Voluntarily participate in clinical studies and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection recently and should not undergo elective general anesthesia; 2. Patients with abnormal head and neck pathology, history of head and neck surgery or radiotherapy, or suspicious difficult airway are not suitable for laryngeal mask management; 3. Patients with full stomach and high risk of reflux aspiration are not suitable for laryngeal mask management; 4. Pregnancy and pregnancy planning and lactation.
