18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma was confirmed by pathology, WHO type II or III; 3. Staging T3-4 N0-3 M0 (American Joint Committee on Cancer, AJCC 8th Edition); 4. KPS score >=70 points; No serious vital organ dysfunction: bone marrow function was normal (white blood cells >=4.0x10^9/L, neutrophils >=1.5x10^9/L, platelets >=100x10^9/L), liver function and kidney function were normal; 5. Patients are willing to participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of radiotherapy before treatment; 2. Complicated with other primary malignant tumors; 3. Patients with distant metastasis before treatment; 4. Pregnancy or lactation.
