Degenerative disease of the lumbar spine

Interventions

Group VCV:Patients will receive volume control ventilation during prone position, inspiratory to expiratory ratio 0.5.
Group VC-IRV:Patients will receive volume-controlled inverse ratio ventilation during prone position, inspiratory to expiratory ratio 2.
Group PCV:Patients will receive pressure control ventilation during prone position, inspiratory to expiratory ratio 0.5.
Group PC-IRV:Patients will receive pressure-controlled inverse ratio ventilation during prone position, inspiratory to expiratory ratio 2.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery under general anesthesia due to lumbar degenerative diseases; 2. ASA grade ?-?; 3. Aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity (BMI > 30kg/m^2); 2. Decompensated heart disease (heart failure, myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia); 3. Severe respiratory diseases (severe obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure); 4. Thoracic malformations, history of lung surgery and recent respiratory infections; 5. Severe liver dysfunction (serum total bilirubin >=2mg/dl); 6. Severe renal dysfunction (glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/(min·1.73m^2).
