18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College students above the age of 18; 2. Proficient in Chinese for communication; 3. Access to the Internet; 4. Have experienced at least one traumatic event to date; 5. At least one of the six symptom groups (avoidance, hypervigilance, flashbacks, emotional disturbance, negative self-concept and interpersonal difficulties) of CPTSD was positive in the ITQ questionnaire assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current treatment period for acute mental illness; 2. Currently experiencing persistent interpersonal violence; 3. Current alcohol or drug abuse; 4. With self-injury or self-injury thoughts or behavior.
