Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 79 years; 2. Occlusion of anterior circulation great vessels; 3. Vascular recanalization was performed within 6 hours or 6-24 hours after onset and imaging findings were consistent with DAWN and DEFUSE3 thrombectomy indications; 4. The patient or family member understands and has signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of intracranial hemorrhage in the last 3 weeks, and has been found to have cerebral arteriovenous malformation or aneurysm without intervention or surgical treatment; 2. Refractory hypertension that cannot be controlled by medication (systolic blood pressure >185mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >110mmHg); 3. Known allergy to contrast media; 4. Blood glucose 22.0 mmol/L; 5. Acute bleeding constitution, including coagulation factor deficiency disease, INR>1.7 or platelet count <100x10^9/L; 6. Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction < 50% or heart failure; 7. Severe stenosis or occlusion of the contralateral carotid artery, vertebrobasilar artery and other intracranial arteries (more than 50%); 8. Failed to complete the fNIRS check; 9. Severe depression, mental illness, epilepsy.
