Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of heart failure conforms to the diagnostic criteria of heart failure in China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018; 2. OSAHS diagnosis is consistent with the diagnostic criteria of the 2011 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea; 3. Aged at least 18 years; 4. Have cognition and understanding ability, sign informed consent and pass the review of ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart valvular disease, pericardial disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restricted cardiomyopathy, acute heart failure, acute myocardial infarction; 2. Various acute and chronic infections (including a history of respiratory infection within the last 2 weeks), severe chronic obstructive and/or restrictive pulmonary diseases, cirrhosis of the liver, serum creatinine levels > 265umol/L, malignancies, and various severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Major trauma, surgery, blood disease, immune disease and other diseases that may cause changes in CA125 level within the last 1 month; 3. The pregnancy and patients with chronic use of sedatives, antipsychotics, hormones and alcoholism (> 80g/ day); 4. Mixed and central sleep apnea hypopnea syndromes were excluded in OSAS patients.
