Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received airway interventional therapy in the Respiratory Interventional therapy Center of Emergency General Hospital from 2004 to 2021; 2. The amount of intraoperative airway bleeding > 100ml was diagnosed as massive bleeding related to airway interventional therapy; 3. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unconscious, uneducated and unable to express themselves clearly; 2. During the study, he was transferred to other hospitals for treatment or lost the visit and could not be contacted; 3. Patients with cardiac and respiratory failure; 4. A clear history of mental and neurological disorders; 5. History of sedative and hypnotic drug use and alcohol abuse.
