Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with language retardation aged 1-6 years (S-S method); 2. Hearing is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family history of neurosis; 2. Epilepsy, autism, cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental diseases; 3. Patients with positive results of routine MRI scan.
