Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The affected tooth has no symptoms or slight occlusal discomfort or slight occlusal pain with transient pain of hot and cold stimulation in specific parts; 2. The crown is complete without filling body, crown prostheses or large area defects. One or more cracks anastomosing with the developmental groove and extending beyond the marginal crest can be seen on the occlusal surface; 3. Normal pulp activity or transient sensitivity; 4. There was no deep periodontal pocket or narrow deep periodontal pocket communicated with the root tip; 5. Radiographs showed no obvious abnormality around the root tip, no widening of the root membrane or low-density images around the root tip; 6. Aged between 25 and 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are not willing to adopt this method after careful consideration. 2. Too little saliva and other carious factors. 3. Minors and the elderly who cannot take care of themselves, patients with mental illness, uncontrolled systemic disease or infectious disease, and who are unable to respond to treatment.
