Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients aged between 40 and 75 years and met the diagnostic criteria for chronic primary frozen shoulder; 2. No intra-articular injection, small needle scalpel and manual release treatment, and no surgical operation for at least 6 months; 3. Patients had good compliance and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral shoulder pain, rotator cuff tear, cervical nerve root irritation or spinal stenosis caused by perishoulder pain, history of diabetes, coagulopathy and local infection; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, brain, lung, kidney, blood and mental diseases; 3. Patients who received shoulder arthroscopic surgery, small needle knife and other treatment methods during the observation period.
