Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients who need to implant microimplants between the first and second molars of the maxillary palatal side for molar depression; 3. Periodontal health, good compliance, and strict oral hygiene maintenance; 4. The bone mass of the implantation area is sufficient, and the width of the attached gingiva is sufficient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bad habits such as smoking and drinking; 2. Allergic to metal; 3. Allergic history of attevacaine and epinephrine injection; 4. A history of heart disease and high blood pressure.
