Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years with low rectal cancer undergoing transsphincteric resection; 2. Rullier classification of low rectal cancer :?, ?; 3. Preserve anus and perform terminal ileal diversion stoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant anal incontinence before surgery, WIS score >10; 2. Preoperative anal sphincter injury and anal malformation; 3. Patients who could not tolerate surgery in preoperative evaluation; 4. Failure to achieve anal preservation or prophylactic stoma; 5. Patients who cannot receive biofeedback treatment after surgery, including anastomotic complications, local tumor recurrence, poor general condition, etc.; 6. Patients with stage IV cancer; 7. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation; 8. Refuse to be included.
