Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023, patients were admitted to our hospital and planned to receive double valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function before operation; 2. Severe heart failure, New York Heart Function Rating VI; 3. There is cancer, endocrine system or immune system disease.
