Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracic surgery who meet the surgical indications; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Anaesthetists Association (ASA) classification ?~?; 5. Accept treatment voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operation; 2. Patients without operation during hospitalization; 3. Preoperative pulmonary infection or uncontrolled acute pulmonary disease or acute attack of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 4. No recovery after operation; Perioperative death after automatic discharge; 5. Clinically diagnosed as having severe coagulation dysfunction; 6. Postoperative severe brain, liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Serious infectious diseases, etc; 8. Incomplete clinical data; 9. Taking drugs or psychotropic drugs for a long time; Take steroids and hormone drugs for a long time.
