15 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients or inpatients aged 15 to 55 (including 15 and 55), regardless of gender; 2. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for depressive episode of bipolar affective disorder (DSM-5) of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th edition) (confirmed by the MINI stereotype interview); 3. The total score of HAMD-17 during screening is = 14; 4. Have a primary school education or above, and can understand the content of the scale; 5. The patient signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other important diagnoses in addition to bipolar disorder that are consistent with DSM-5 at present or in the past include schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depressive disorder, neurodevelopmental disorder and neurocognitive disorder; 2. Patients with a history of alcohol and drug dependence; 3. The duration of this depressive episode = 2 years; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. At present, researchers with serious somatic diseases believe that they are not suitable for this study; 6. Any other situation that the researcher thinks is not suitable for enrollment.
