Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. = 13 years; 2. Whether the early fracture is treated conservatively or surgically, the regular treatment of the fracture is = 6 months, and the fracture healing is still not achieved; 3. Bone nonunion occurs in the extremities, that is, the upper limb (including metacarpal bone, carpal bone, ulna, radius, humerus, clavicle and scapula) and lower limb (femur, tibia, patella, talus, calcaneus, metatarsus and phalanx); 4. Patients with nonunion of fracture (hereinafter referred to as bone nonunion) treated by surgery; 5. Imaging diagnostic criteria: 1) X-ray standard: the fracture end is clear, and no clear callus passes through; 2). If X ray cannot confirm the bone nonunion, it can be further confirmed based on CT, that is, the fracture fracture end is less than 5% of the continuous section with bridging callus passing through.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor with / without bone metastasis; 2. Nonunion of the spine, pelvis, and acetabulum; 3. Disorders of the central nervous system that cause limb morphogenesis motor system dysfunction; 4. Recurrence of other site fracture within 1 year of revision surgery; 5. Definitive surgery or staging the time interval from last surgery to follow-up was less than 12 months; 6. Inability to cooperate or decline follow-up because of cognitive dysfunction or other reasons; 7. Death.
