18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. Expected stay in ICU = 48 hours; 3. Patients with septic shock who use norepinephrine for more than 2h and dose = 1ug/min; 4. Mean arterial pressure = 65mmHg (including the use of drugs and/or mechanical assistance).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious shock combined with cardiogenic shock; 2. Infective shock combined with neurogenic shock; 3. Infectious shock combined with hypovolemic shock; 4. Pregnancy and lactation.
