Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Chinese classification of cerebrovascular diseases in 2019, and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. First onset, 3 months21 points) and speech impairment; 6. Cooperate with the test process and be able to perform motor imagination tasks (KVIQ score>25); 7. No history of drug and alcohol dependence, no serious liver and kidney diseases or other diseases that may affect brain structure and function, and no other mental disorders; 8. All patients signed the informed consent form for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe aphasia, cognitive impairment, and severe depression who cannot cooperate with the training; 2. The skull defect or surgical incision affects the fitting of EEG cap;; 3. The skin is in poor condition, which may be worsened by stepping on the car or contacting the EEG cap; 4. Lower limb MAS score>2; 5. Complications that limit the patient's ability to move, such as: deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, severe cardiopulmonary disease, unstable hypertension, etc; 6. Severe joint deformity or limited range of motion of lower limbs; 7. People with other musculoskeletal and neurological diseases that affect functional recovery; 8. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 9. Other experimenters are participating; 10. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
