18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who voluntarily participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form; 2. Ages of 18 and 65; 3. Body mass index: BMI=24kg/m2; 4. Newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes who have not received hypoglycemic therapy before; 5. HbA1c<9% .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug abuse, alcohol addiction or mental illness beyond control; 2. People with mental retardation or immature intelligence who can not control their behavior; 3. Complicated with serious concomitant diseases, such as liver and kidney insufficiency, heart failure, and acute myocardial infarction; 4. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, adult onset adolescent diabetes and mitochondrial diabetes; 5. Patients with active tumors; 6. Pregnancy or lactation, or planning to be pregnant in the next 6 months; 7. Patients who have used hypoglycemic drugs in the past; 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
