Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The medical diagnosis is hand trauma; 2. Aged from 18 to 59; 3. Education level: junior high school or above, able to read the scale; 4. VAS score of pain 40, < 60; 7. Agree to join the research and sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hand trauma with a history of brain trauma, stroke or mental illness; 2.Cognitive dysfunction and refusal to sign informed consent.
