18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients selected for painless hysteroscopy, ASAI-II; 2. 18-60 years old; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2 4. Normal communication; 5. Volunteer and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory diseases: such as severe coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc; 2. Endocrine system diseases: such as pituitary adenoma, severe diabetes, hypercortisolism, pheochromocytoma, etc; 3. Psychopsychological diseases: such as schizophrenics, depression, chronic analgesics, alcoholism, opioid addicts; 4. Allergy history of narcotic drugs used.
