Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing selective transurethral prostatectomy due to benign prostatic hyperplasia under general anesthesia; 2. Age = 60 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. 18.5=BMI<25kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative brain damage, increased intracranial pressure or obvious abnormality of heart, lung, liver and kidney functions; 2. The initial body temperature is higher than 38 ? or lower than 36.0 ?; 3. Patients with severe hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, metabolic diseases, neuromuscular diseases before operation; 4. Those who have taken painkillers, sleeping pills, anticoagulants, tranquilizers and antidepressants for a long time in the past; 5. Patients with language understanding disorder, mental illness and other incompatibilities; 6. People who are allergic to butorphanol tartrate.
