Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with biliary atresia undergoing liver transplantation; 2. Aged from 5 to 30 months; 3. Anaesthesia grade (ASA grade) is II~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with secondary liver transplantation; 2. Preoperative heart, lung and kidney failure; 3. Children with allergic history of anesthetic drugs.
