Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1-5 years; Gender is not limited; 2. ASA Class I-II; 3. Elective orthopedic surgery for congenital hip dysplasia is required; 4. Participated in and signed the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing to sign the informed consent form; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Local anesthetic allergy; 4. Neuromuscular diseases; 5. Mental diseases; 6. The wound at the puncture site is infected or ulcerated.
