Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. = 18 years old, 2 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA = Class 3; 2. OSAHS history or obesity BMI = 28kg/m2; 3. Pregnancy, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, drug or alcohol abuse, and use of sleeping pills during hospitalization; 4. Serious cardiovascular complications (such as myocardial infarction, aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, etc.); 5. Complications of nervous system (such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, stroke history in recent 6 months); 6. Patients with abnormal mental state unable to cooperate or communicate; 7. Patients unable to obtain informed consent; 8. Have a history of allergy to narcotic drugs; 9. Patients transferred to ICU after operation.
