Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. The first or recurrent cerebral infarction meets the diagnostic criteria adopted at the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference, and is confirmed by head CT or MRI; 3. Within 14 days after the stroke; 4. The results of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) were mild and moderate stroke (NIHSS<=16 points); 5. At present, the symptoms and vital signs are stable; 6. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with limb dysfunction before the onset [modified Rankin scale (mRS)>3 points] and (or) lower limb fractures within 3 months affect limb activities; 2. The score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale was severe stroke (NIHSS>16 points); 3. Complicated with other progressive nervous system diseases, such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, malignant tumor, brain trauma, etc; 4. Complicated with serious cardiovascular disease, pulmonary infection, uremia, etc; 5. Those with severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, visual and auditory impairment, or those unable to cooperate; 6. Those who have participated in other rehabilitation experiments.
