Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.=80 years old, ECOG PS =1 , no obvious contraindication for surgery; 2.Patients suspected of prostate cancer due to abnormal PSA or abnormal digital rectal examination, and both MRI and PSMA PET-CT suspected prostate cancer (PIRADS of MRI = 4; PET score = 4, five point Likert scale); 3.The clinical stage is T2-T3a, and there is no distant metastasis; 4.Agree to undergo radical prostatectomy after the diagnosis of prostate cancer by prostate biopsy, and can accept regular reexamination and follow-up after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary and other related diseases and cannot tolerate surgery; 2.Had received endocrine therapy or pelvic radiotherapy before surgery; 3.Patients with previous prostate surgery; 4.Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
