Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Included criteria for the SIRS group were: patients aged 18-80 years who met at least two of the following criteria :1 body temperature :> 38°C or 90 beats /min. 3 respiration :>20 times /min or PaCO2 12×109/ L or 10%. Inclusion criteria for the sepsis group included patients aged 18 to 80 who met the definition of Sepsis3.0 sepsis: a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by an uncontrolled response to infection (SOFA score =2);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for sepsis patients: (1) Younger than 18 years old, more than 80 years old; (2) Patients with autoimmune diseases, type 2 diabetes, tumor, HIV and hepatitis who take immunosuppressive drugs; (3) The data within 24 hours of admission were incomplete and could not be effectively evaluated.
