Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-80 years old patients after neurosurgery, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with neurosurgery craniocerebral surgery; 3. preoperative ASA rating = ?; 4. During the operation, trachea was intubated under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been intubated or tracheotomy; 2. Surgical patients with brain stem and cervical spinal cord diseases; 3. Patients who take opioid analgesics and antidepressants for a long time; 4. Patients with a history of difficult airway, asthma and teahouse; 5. Preoperative patients with low cognitive function and mental and psychological diseases; 6. Patients with alcohol and drug addiction before operation; Pregnant and lactating women.
