Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80, male or female; 2. The primary gastric lesion was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma by endoscopic biopsy histopathology; 3. The tumor is located in the upper part of the stomach (1/3 of the upper part of the stomach) and does not invade the esophagus. The length of the tumor is = 90g/L; WBC = lower limit of normal value; Absolute neutrophil count (ANC) >= 1.5 × 10^9 /L Platelet count >= 100 × 10^9 /L Renal function: Cr = 55 ml/min; Liver function: total bilirubin <= ULN × 1.5 ALT and AST <= ULN × 2.5 Coagulation function: international standardized ratio of prothrombin time <= ULN × 1.5, and part of the thromboplastin time is within the normal range; Preprandial blood glucose: <= 7mmol/L; 7. Women of childbearing age need to take effective contraceptive measures during the study period; 8. The patient or his legal representative voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Serious mental illness; 3. During the operation, the tumor was found to invade the esophagus; Or the surgeon in charge judged that proximal gastrectomy was not suitable after exploration; 4. Distant organ metastasis or extensive intraperitoneal implantation metastasis was found before and during the operation; 5. Simultaneous or heterochronous tumors of other organs; 6. Those who fail to complete radical surgery and perform palliative resection of tumors; 7. Previous gastrointestinal surgery history; 8. Previous history of neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 9. Serious concomitant diseases that may make the survival period < 5 years; 10. Cases considered unsuitable by the investigator.
