20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-70 years; 2.BMI<30; 3. No history of lumbar and back surgery and trauma; 4. Low back pain, which can be maintained in prone position for more than half an hour; 5. Obtain the informed consent of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient cannot relax or contract autonomously; 2. Systemic diseases of scoliosis, spine or back muscles (nervous, vascular, genetic metabolic diseases, etc.); 3. History of bone disease, fracture, surgery or spinal region deformity; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Lumbar and back tumors and infections; 6. Acute back pain, such as kidney stone, appendicitis, etc.
