Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.PI-RADS scores = 3; 2.Suspicious lesions were found by ultrasound real-time elastography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the period of acute infection and fever; 2. Hypertension crisis; 3. In the decompensation period of cardiac insufficiency; 4. Diseases with serious bleeding tendency; 5. In the unstable period of blood sugar in diabetes; 6. There are serious internal and external hemorrhoids, perianal or rectal lesions.
