Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 124 patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. With reference to the 2016 SCCM severe sepsis and septic shock guidelines and the 2012 KDIGO clinical acute renal injury guidelines, patients who met the sepsis related renal injury diagnostic criteria were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic renal insufficiency or renal failure in the past; 2. Related renal injury caused by reasons other than sepsis; 3. At the time of admission to ICU, there was cardiac failure or cardiogenic shock associated with sepsis; 4. Patients who use nephrotoxic drugs or contrast agents; Previous renal transplantation; Patients with positive inotropic drugs are restricted (such as left ventricular outflow tract stenosis); 5. Age<18 years; 5. Pregnant women.
