Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The retrospective study included 150 cases of invasive intracellular microbial infection diagnosed in Shenzhen Hospital, University of Hong Kong from July 1, 2012 to March 1, 2022, including salmonella bacteremia, Q fever, brucellosis, listeria bacteremia/meningitis, etc. 2. Prospective study subjects were patients who developed fever after targeted therapy, with or without infection of respiratory tract, digestive tract and central nervous system, and were consulted by clinical microbiologists between March 1, 2022 and December 31, 2026. The following conditions must be met: (1) Currently or previously targeted therapy, including anti-TNF a monoclonal antibody, anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody, anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, EGFR pathway inhibitor, anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, anti-IL-6 receptor monoclonal antibody, proteasome inhibitor, IL-1 receptor antagonist or IL-12 and IL23 inhibitor, etc. 2) Suspected infectious fever with or without respiratory, digestive and central nervous system symptoms after targeted therapy.
