Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 30 coma patients after cardiac arrest in the intensive care unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University (Grass score 8 points); 2. If the mechanical ventilation time is more than 24 hours, EEG monitoring is required for 24-48 hours; 3. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form, aged 18~80, with a BMI of 18.5~23.9kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart, liver, kidney and other serious organic diseases; 2. Previous psychiatric history; 3. The patient's family refused; 4. There are spontaneous respiration, hemodynamic instability, confirmed or suspected intracranial hypertension, refractory shock and pneumothorax; 5. The total hospitalization time is less than 2 days; 6. Age less than 18 years, pregnancy and lactation; 7. Any contraindication of using EIT (pacemaker, automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator, implantable pump); 8. Mechanical ventilation time is less than 24 hours; 9. Glass score>8 points.
